Antique 19th Century early 20th Century Cheese Fruit Press or Juicer made from cast iron with cast iron top handle. In fully working order, complete and authentique.
This is a big. heavy press, with A Empereur Reu Regalates Marseille
This antique press can be fixed to any surface or used as and when needed. The main body is scratched in places, there is missing enamel on the baskets, the original parts have been washed, there is surface rust, the patina remains authentic and very old.
This is a fantastic usable antique piece of kitchenalia, it is marvelous. This has seen some life in a French farmhouse kitchen, it was predominantly used to make cheese. The curds are placed in the hopper and squeezed, the whey can then be used to make ricotta cheese as well!
